I work in partnership with you to understand the nature of the challenges you are facing, the goals you seek to achieve, and to design approaches and methods to help address both. The healthcare and business landscape is incredibly complex (VUCA - volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) and leaders and teams need new frameworks and practices to be successful in this environment. Frameworks such as adaptive leadership, complexity science, and emotional intelligence are, I believe, key to helping leaders address the complex challenges they face on a daily basis.
Leaders today need to be able to think in more complex ways; to step back and examine problems with new perspective and from different angles. Using a case-based process, leaders collaborate to diagnose and better understand the nature of the challenges they are facing, and work together to develop solutions to these challenges.
I strive to create experiences that focus on learning and collaboration. At the end of the day the wisdom, knowledge and experience needed to address your leadership challenges, resides with the people in the room – my job is to tap into it and draw it out in such a way that helps the group/organization move forward.
